Inpatient Psychiatry

Members of the CSM Team have managed individual hospital systems in excess of 140 psychiatric beds. This experience covers the full range of voluntary and involuntary treatment programs including adult, child and adolescent, substance abuse and geriatric.

Designed and led restructuring and turnaround efforts for multiple hospital systems and improved the clinical treatment models through:

The Team has assisted hospitals in the development of clinical pathways and treatment interventions for special populations including:

• Managed-care
• Individuals with co-morbid medical conditions and developmental disabilities

In addition, CSM has worked extensively with hospitals to design and restructure psychiatric on-call and coverage systems by crafting models to fit the individual and unique environments of each institution.
